Hey just keep in mind seems the xbox one has it hiccups now and again. The hard reset works like a charm to alot of xbox one problems.

Clearing Mac address worked for me, had the same problem, HOWEVER, this is the second time in the last week that it has happened.

thanks I have had this problem since update , thorught it was problems on my end (as my virgin media box was playing up at the time ) it's now fixed and now I am happy

Go to settings, network settings, advanced preferences clear mac adress the system will reset and it should work..
