    Pins and Store not available


    Hello guys

    I have the well known problem that cause the unavailability of Store and the background updates not working, I also know the power cycling trick to fix it, but the thing gets annoying now cause it happens every day.

    Is there a definitive fix?

    I'm also getting this. I've done the full power cycle thing and it works for a couple of days. After a couple of days my pins disappear again.

    Had the same problem, found in another post to hold your finger over the xbox on/of button on the console (not the controller or Kinect) for 8 seconds. This completely turns of the box. Then turn it on, and it should come back. If not I recommend you tweet
    @XBOXSUPPORT and they will sort you out pretty quick.

    Hi, Go to Settings, Network, Advanced settings, Alternate MAC Address, Clear (System will ask to Restart) after the restart the issue should be resolved.

    .

    Or power cycle your modem/router, both have the same result usually.

    This happens to me at least once a week or every other week. When you look at the support site there is always something going on with the xbox services. After a couple hours they tend to get things fixed on their end, but you have to power cycle your xbox
    on your end to get it running properly again. The main issue I have with this is I gotta power cycle my xbox very other week for some sort of glitch. That is really annoying. Microsoft should have had more bugs worked out of this system before release.
