Pins and shop gone, replaced by "Network Problems..."

Hi everybody,

i got this super annoying bug since yesterday, pins are gone, shop is gone... instead it only says network error - problem might be on our side...

Checked the network connection and everything, all fine. I can browse the internet, watch movies on the amazon app, play multiplayer in games... but:

Desktop broken without pins and shop with that error message.

First i thought it was a general problem here in germany, but as i can't find anything about it on the net - i guess it's just me.

Help would be really appreciated, as i got no idea what i could do about it =) The only thing i didn't do would be resetting the xbox to factory settings, but i am really

not too keen on doing that.

NO Pins!

Seems to be an issue again. Having this issue today

Not sure what happened but after the update my pins were gone and i couldn't add them back. I restarted the console a few times and nothing changed so I gave up. Well overnight whilst I slept the issue seems to have corrected itself as all my pins are right
where I left them. Must have been a temp glitch. All is good now.

 

Have you tried doing a full power down on the Xbox yet? Hold the power button on the Console for 5 seconds and let it power down. Wait a minute and reboot it.

I had the same issue for 3 hours this afternoon. I finally got sick of waiting for it to come back normally so I did the above and it worked for me... Good luck!

Full power down worked for me until it went back to sleep now i have the same problem again. Any other suggestions ?

 

Yes I'm having this same issue over and over again. Quite annoying! I can access the store, but only through Kinect voice options. A full power down doesn't always fix it either.

 

Not sure to be honest. I think it's just a bug in their OS at the moment.. I've had it happen to myself 3 or 4 times since I got it on Day One and the full shutdown always seems to do the trick... Other than that it might just be something that Microsoft
is gonna have to patch... I'll look into it more and see what I can find!

 

Got it a lot now, too.

Can be really annoying sometimes, full power down always fixed it, but it definately gives u a "it's broken" feeling =)
