Pins and Game Store

So up until two-three days ago my dashboard was working fine. However now all that shows is the main board but to the left (The Pins) and to the right (Xbox Store) won't show up. For awhile it will do the loading circle thing and then after about 2:30 minutes
it will say Having trouble connecting? But that's impossible because I am able to play games online, like Titanfall, i'm just wondering what is wrong with the dashboard? And maybe what i could do to fix this problem

I'm having the same issue as well. Pins not available, cant view friends list, cant view activity feed and Destiny doesn't work. I haven't tried any other games yet, but my guess is it'll be the same thing. I have checked my network and it says that "all
services are up and running", but they are clearly not.

Get your *** together Microsoft..! I'm sick to death of this happening all the time!

 

I am having the same issue as you, however when I test my connection it says everything is good and fine but I still cant play titan fall either even though I can see and interact with my friends through the dash board.

 

so wait you can't play games online? Because I can.. its just i don't get the full dashboard. I have tried restarting my connection, disconnecting on my xbox and reconnecting and it still says there is a problem with my internet even though there isn't...

 

I went and shut down my xbox one, pulled the plug in the back, waited about thirty seconds and started it up again and now everything works again.
