    Anyone else having an issue where you start up your console, and the middle content displays fine, but the content on the side (pins on the left, the 3 vertical promo tiles to the right and the apps/music/movies/games tiles) is gone. I just get a
    message that reads "Having trobule connecting? It might be a problem on our side. We're working on it."



    Normally I'd assume...they're working on it. But it's been like this ever since I got the preview update. Obviously my console is updated to the current build alongside everyone elses, but it just seems weird.

    Pins disappeared all of a sudden?.....

    Pins are gone and I can't access any of my digital content.

    Why did the update screw up dashboard pins?

    Just updated an hour ago with same issue. Pins are gone and I can't find the option to re-pin my apps. Lame.

    Hello Rhezick,

    This shouldn't be happening.

    In network settings, try the different connection tests.

    If those don't indicate a problem, disconnect from you network and reconnect.

    If that doesn't work, try a hard reset (5-10 seconds of pressing the power button, wait for the click, and then wait for the amber light on the power brick before turning it back on).

    I'm also having this same issue. Connections tests show that "all services are available" with an open nat. I'll try the disconnect/hard reset.
