Pinned Apps keep disappearing...

Good morning.

Recently my pinned apps as well as those items to the right of the main screen (videos, games, etc.) are not showing up when I start my system. I get spinning circles. The only way I can get them back is to unplug the system from the power source, plug
it in and restart it. Then they'll show for a couple of days then disappear again.

Anyone have any idea what is going on or how to correct this? This hasn't happened before, just in the last 2-3 weeks.

Pinned Apps keep disappearing...

was playing halo mcc fine this morning everytign was pretty much greenlit when i woke up this evening to play some more halo the game was trying to sync data amd was unable to retive the data for the game as well as my pins and apps are now gone hopefully
the support team will see this and find out whats going on

 

Disappearing pins

Actually, it's not just Killer Instinct Classic that keeps disappearing. The YouTube pin just disappeared too. I have 13 items pinned - 10 games and 3 apps - and 1 pin keeps disappearing for some reason.

 

Hadf this problem a few times , all of the X1s I've had suffer usually after an update or a game /app install. to clear this try holding down the power "button" on front of the console for 10 seconds it should clear the cache and clear problems (until next
time)

Unfortunately, it seems as though it happens more than just after an update or install......
