Pinned Apps keep disappearing...

Discus and support Pinned Apps keep disappearing... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; was playing halo mcc fine this morning everytign was pretty much greenlit when i woke up this evening to play some more halo the game was trying to...     Pinned Apps keep disappearing...


    was playing halo mcc fine this morning everytign was pretty much greenlit when i woke up this evening to play some more halo the game was trying to sync data amd was unable to retive the data for the game as well as my pins and apps are now gone hopefully
    the support team will see this and find out whats going on

    Had this problem a few times , all of the X1s I've had suffer usually after an update or a game /app install. to clear this try holding down the power "button" on front of the console for 10 seconds it should clear the cache and clear problems (until next

    Pinned Apps keep disappearing...

    Unfortunately, it seems as though it happens more than just after an update or install......

    Disappearing pins

    Actually, it's not just Killer Instinct Classic that keeps disappearing. The YouTube pin just disappeared too. I have 13 items pinned - 10 games and 3 apps - and 1 pin keeps disappearing for some reason.

    Yup same bug happening here. Apps disappear and reappear from pins section. Definately needs fixing.
