Ping Spikes and latency on all devices in home

Hi I have been having this problem since Monday Evening around 19:30 is when I noticed it and I was last on at 17:30. I would like to note I've tried many methods such as restarting router, unplugging it, seeing if it was my PC by checking loads of ways. I checked my ping via command prompts as well as in 3 different games, I also tried using xbox as well - same issue. I then found out if I use the IP given to me by my broadband on the box the ping works fine, however it starts coming up with DNS web page can't be found error.

I know that the issue is with TCP as I went and did Windows +R and typed in resmon went to network tab opened TCP connections watched the different exe vary from about 15ms to 1300ms. One drive had a pretty high latency.

Another thing I would like to add that I only started having this issue a few hours after I activated windows 10 pro on my pc, but I think that's a coincidence. I also tried troubleshooting via my internet provider and that didn't fix it. I do not want to contact them to then bring an engineer over who probably just say its not their fault its my PC, even though as I talked about earlier I checked my pc in many methods.

I'm sorry about this post bit annoyed I have been trying to fix it for a lot of hours of my days, I just thought that people on here might be able to help. Oh and another thing, I do not want to factory reset, because I am not only person living here, or do any further restarts of the router as it is harmful and confuses it.
