    Hello , what can I do to improve
    my Internet?

    PING 250 ms.

    Downliad speed 50 mbps

    Upload 45 mbps

    To play online games is simply impossible.

    ghosts will have lag comp.....

    I did a few test. 18 down 16 up 46 ping at 250 miles away server. Then 14 down 13 up at 92 ping at 600 miles away server. Then 9 down 8 up at 488 ping to London.

    recommended internet speed for xbox one?

    Emm mine is no packet loss 25MS ping and 2 percent jitter i have a 60mb/3mb connection ur ping is how long it takes to go from you to the server jitter you want as low as poss the packet lose is it sends packets to the server normally for me its 250 i have
    to get 250 back my grade is A

    Unfortunately DangerousBard provided the link with the ports for the 360 but the One needs some more ports.

    This is the proper link for portforwarding on the One:

    support.xbox.com/.../network-ports-used-xbox-live

    Additionally take the information that the in the network settings provided ping, is the result of pinging on of the Xbox live servers in the USA. So pings to locally used game servers are normally lots faster.

    well I play any online game with a ping of 250 ms and it's normal for me, but sea of thieves is not playable with 1 s latency and 50% package loss.
