Pinball FX2 Venom table won't download

Anyone else having this issue? I paid and it went to download screen, then just said "can't download Venom" Went back to it and it wanted to charge me again! So go to recent downloads and it still won't download.. So tried the trial version, same thing.
Came here to add it to downloads, nothing! opened Pinball FX2 and it was on the dash. So click on it to download and froze my whole Xbox up. WHAT IS GOING ON!!!

Star Wars Pinball

It's an add-on to Pinball FX2, not an individual game. You would need to download Pinball FX2 in order to play the Star Wars tables.

If you haven't done so already, you need to download the free Pinball FX2 game which contains the Sorcerer's Lair table. The Star Wars pinball tables are not stand alone. They are part of the FX2 game and should be playable from within that program.

 

I getting the same thing. when I try to download the full version it will go to 1% then 0% back to 1% then it says could not download

 

+1 Bump. I cannot get the Venom Trial table to DL either on the 360. It just ends up giving an error after about 20 second that it cannot download the file. I watch the progress meter, and it goes from 0% to 1%, very quickly back to 0%, repeat. As if
the file is corrupt.

If anyone has been following Zen lately, they have been a nightmare getting their pinball tables properly distributed. They have been blaming a lot on Microsoft, but I am starting to suspect there is a lot of issues on Zen Studio's end, where they are not
getting things to work properly. If they uploaded a corrupt table to Microsoft's server, or gave it an incorrect release date, it shows that Zen is messing this up. They have put loyal fans through the mud on the XBOX One.

 

Yeah, it's not downloading for me either. Who knew Venom would be a poisonous file?

 

Same problem. Not error code, i think is a server problem.

 

Same problem here. Paid for full version but not downloading and money taken from account.

 

judging from the leaderboards, only 162 people managed to download it at 6:30PST. there were only 30 this morning. it honks me off that they charged me for something that i can't have, even if it is only $3.

 

did you download it from your account history or in the game?

 

well, i still can't get it.

i guess i'll just play bayonetta 2 while my xbox gets dusty

 

Don't know if this helped,but i had previously cleaned my cache. First attempt failed so watched YouTube for a bit then tried again and it worked.
