Pinball arcade , save game disappears at 3 times

For the third time my backup disappears
!!

I lost all my progress
and my scores!!!

Pinball FX2: Return of the Jedi: Highscores always restes

The highscore of the table Return of the Jedi suddenly resets. Or better to say, it disappears complete. This happen already 3 times to me. Other people have the same problem, as you can read in the Pinball FX2 forum.

It is very disappointing if you best score always disappears. Can somebody look at this problem, please.

 

Where is Zen Pinball ??

Pinball Arcade is dated for a June release on X1. Another game that has been available on the PS4. I think the delay is down to Microsofts Indie policies. Pinball Arcade and Pinball FX(Zen Pinball) are both indie games. Better late then never I guess.

 

I'm having exactly the same issue. I've emailed their support address to see if they can help.

 

Just had a support rep run me through these steps which worked for me

1. Please go to Settings >> Disc & Blu-ray >> Persistent Storage >> Clear Persistent Storage.
   
2. After you have done clearing Persistent Storage, please go to Settings >> Network >> Advanced Settings >> Alternate MAC >> Clear Alternate MAC >> Restart.
   
3. Make sure your Xbox One console is placed horizontally on a flat, stable surface.
   
4. Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
5. Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
6. Wait 3 minutes and then plug in your console.
7. Power on your console using the controller.
