Pinata (tip)

Just downloaded this, maybe I'm too old but I don't get it, is it a general game or is it for kids? I am sure I am not the only one confused by it.

Nah, can't be. Viva Pinata: TiP came out in September 2008.

 

Backwards Compatibility Sign-In Issue

So I'm trying to play Viva Pinata: TIP however I can't sign in to my gamer profile which of course means I can't save.

 

Its not really just a kids game, its for all ages.

The second game was a bit more complicated than the first, but still easy once you get used to what you need to do.

It probably would be better if you played number one first, its a much better game as well.

 

I actually enjoyed the second one a bit more. It is probably a lot like Minecraft, where it is popular with kids, but anyone can hop on and play it.

I should also mention that the 2nd game had Vision Cam support so you could easily get some of the rarer pinatas with that.

 

The 2nd game was awful and killed the Franchise.

The first one was absolutely brilliant so you got the best one.

Just enjoy building your garden and discovering that you can have an amazing time without hitting people with swords or shooting them (who would have every thought such a thing was possible).

It's not a game for the young because you're gonna have to manage things and pay close attention to what's going on if you want to succeed at the higher levels but it's a game that is as entertaining as it is rewarding.

 

I don't even know what you do in this game, but going to play it as I've always heard good things!

 

The first one was seriously addictive, such a basic idea but you will find yourself playing it for weeks.

Its as simple as growing plants, breeding animals, digging holes, making ponds etc...

The trick comes in knowing what to grow,where and when, what animals to have at what time and there`s not a single modded lobby or ak47 in sight.

 

The best part of "Viva Pinata" had to be naming a Weedling after one of your mates and then inviting them to "check out your garden" and see how long it took them to twig on.

 

its a truly fun game, not many i play are childish and fun so its a good distraction

 

According to his gamercard he is playing the second game. Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise.

How exactly do you feel it "killed" the franchise? It was (for the most part) the exact same game except they added online and different biomes.

Viva Pinata: Party Animals was the awful one.

 

The online portion was just pointless and was just added for the sake of it.

I found they made the second one just a bit too complicated, just to try and make it different from the first.

I actually really liked the party animals game.

 

I downloaded it last night, but haven't had a chance to put it on, like Shamgar said, it should be a good distraction from the norm!

 

its a mindless distraction or the colours and the noises refocuses your mind for "proper games" lol

 

Love this game. So happy to see it come free to the 360 for players that never had a chance to check out the game. Much more fun as a co-op. Its also a lot easier to manage as a co-op because this game gets very overwhelming at times. .
