Piñata Points/No non-phone number option

I got an email saying something about "whack a pinata and get free points!" So when I pressed enter, after going to the page it said phone number verification, I don't have a phone, or a number, so I couldn't get through, and there was no other option for people who don't have phones or numbers. This just annoyed me so I wanted help.

I also want to say there was no Microsoft rewards option for a category, but that is what this is. I did Gaming and Xbox because Microsoft rewards is on Xbox.

I also forgot to add that I'm sure it wasn't a scam because it had the correct email address it sent from was the right one, and it had me signed in on my account, AND I was on Microsoft rewards.

There is a Whack-a-Pinata game on Microsoft rewards where you get to play if you redeem 250 points.

As to the phone number part, no idea...are you in the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom? If not, then that may be why as it states it's only open to them. Anyway, there is a Microsoft Rewards contact Department:

So I want to download viva piñata and I don't see it as an option on the Xbox store??? It's on the list for backwards compatibility and I'm a preview member. Should I buy it from my phone and hope it shows up under ready to install??

And again the part when u need a verify, they give a code, but the option are only for phone number, and that phone number is gone, theres no option for giving the code to email, idk why so weird, when i want to reset password they always sent it to the same email or phone number, but my only option for phone number.
