Pin to homepage

All my Pins have just disappeared, is there anyway to get them back. The Pins section seems to be gone and there are no 'groups'. any ideas?

If removing the Pins was part of an update, how do I contact Microsoft about them not transferring the Pins into a group?

So how can I pin things after this recent update

So my pins have survived the recent update (unlike my movies and t.v wishlist) however I can't seem to pin anything to my homepage even though I still have pins and I was wondering how to do that.

Eh? The default homepage is set to home already, no option needed.

 

I've recreated the group, with a different name, but would still like to know if there is an option to restore the previous group.

Thanks for your post. Pins have not been removed from the Xbox One's features; try getting them back by re-downloading your profile, check out the steps below. For more information check out this link:

How to add or remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

1. Enter Settings for the Xbox One
2. Choose Account
3. Select Remove Accounts
4. Remove your profile
5. After the profile is removed, hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds
6. After 10 seconds release the button, the console should be off
7. Press the power button to turn the console back on
8. Press the Xbox button to open the guide
9. Select the Gamer Pic icon
10. Select Add New
11. Sign into your Microsoft Account

If you open up 'My Games & Apps' and go into the Groups section. There's a option listed under More options that says "Delete all groups". When you select Delete all groups, you'll be shown an option to "Delete local groups". Deleting the local groups will
have the system resync your previously saved groups. When you're experiencing missing groups. This is the best method to return the missing groups onto your system.

 

I’ve had my entire pin section disappear before. It seems your pins are tied to your XBL account (no idea why) instead of local. Any time there’s sporadic issues with XBL I can usually assume I’ll have pin issues.

 

Next time that happens deletw thw profilw and log back again and it fixes it...it is a bug they still working on it!!
