Pin to home not showing a picture?

When I pin Minecraft (which I love to do with my games) I get a black box. It is creating the pin, and I can launch the game by selecting the pin, but the pin has no picture. Is anyone else having this issue?

Problem With Pins

Here's how to remove a pin

1.From Xbox Home, select My Pins.

2.Highlight a pin and press X.

3.Select Remove Pin.

is it not removing when you do this?

 

Hold left and right triggers and press Y. Should reset your dash if there is no picture.

 

Thanks for the tip, but it still refreshed to just a black square. I also tried re-installing. It has a picture in "My Games and Apps", but the issue seems to be the store also is missing the cover picture.

 

Hmm.. That is strange. I am able to see it just fine in my pins. Have you tried doing a hard reset? Hold the power button on the xbox for 10 seconds. Should clear out all the cache.

 

The hard reset didn't help. I'll give it a while and see if it sorts itself out. I'm not seeing a picture for the cover on the store, either. I guess it could be worth noting that I got it for 4.99 as a previous buyer, but I assume the store page should
still be the same for everyone.

 

The issue is resolved. The store page is now showing a picture and the pin seems to have corrected itself. Thanks for the help, Madhattre.

 

It is something that just randomly happens. It did it to me last night with Ryse: Son of Rome randomly.

 

No problem. I also got it for the $4.99 price, though. Could have just been a regional server issue or something. Who knows.
