    PIN already redeemed


    I purchased an XBOX ONE Live Gold 12 month membership card thru Walmart.com for $59.99. We printed the receipt out and my son took it upstairs and entered the PIN that was on the receipt. He then got a message saying that the PIN had already been redeemed.
    How do I get a new PIN so I can get what I paid for?

    I would reach out to the support team via twitter or telephone to see what they can help. It would be a bit more official for you to go this route.

    You'll need to reach out to the retailer where the token or code was purchased for assistance.

    Is it possible that your son redeemed the code successfully and tried to redeem it again? If that's not the case, you'll want to reach out to Walmart for further assistance. We are unable to assist with purchases made through other retailers, we mostly only
    assist with promotions offered through Xbox Live.

    try entering the pin code in the redeem a code section. if that does not work you may have to just make a new account

    The free upgrade promotion to Bedrock ended November 30th, 2019. Even with a code this promotion's expiration date most likely would have applied.

    For billing and order history issues, it's best to contact Xbox Support and select billing and purchases to get a chat or call back. Then you can ask them about where your game is, if it was claimed.

    If you search Minecraft page on Microsoft Store you can't simply donwload it because you already own the game? As I know, the Bedrock edition is available as an update for the Windows 10 version.
