Hi Adam,

Thanks for the reply with clarification on what type of device you're using to play Forza Motorsport 7. Since you're using a PC version and are experiencing the game freezing up and not responding, there could be a couple of things happening to cause that.

When you start Microsoft Windows, typically there are several programs that start automatically and run in the background that may interfere with the game. Some of these programs may include antivirus and system utility programs. When you perform
a clean startup procedure, you prevent these programs from starting automatically.

Try this:

Perform a Clean Startup to determine whether background
programs are interfering with your games or programs

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having trouble with Forza Motorsports 7 not letting you fully load it up. Try this:

Restart your console

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Note Pressing the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.
Select Settings.
Select Restart console.
Select Yes to confirm.

Note If you're unable to access the guide or if the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the
Xbox button on the console for about 10 seconds until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the
Xbox button on the console again to restart.
