Pieces won't move

    Pieces won't move


    I'm having a difficult time moving the pieces. I love the puzzles, but am very frustrated

    3 weeks of lockup of peices

    it takes forever...puzzle locks up and pieces won't move can not play...fix please

    cannot move pieces

    jigsaw pieces difficult to move. freezes on a regular basis.

    Can you elaborate a bit for us? Are you seeing problems in all game modes within Microsoft Jigsaw? What type of device are you playing on?

    Pieces of the puzzle. Right now, you have to move one puzzle piece at a time. Is there a way I can move a group of puzzle pieces to another spot at one time?
