“Pieces of History” Achievement stuck

I have had a mixed experience with achievement tracking since the 10/5 patch.

First, it corrected all the audio log, prismatic core and dungeon achievements as soon as I loaded the game. It didn't correct the hardware or the monies achievement.

I have still a problem with the achievement "Spelunker" (complete every dungeon once). It gets stuck at 85% although I completed all 17 regular dungeons plus the 18th hidden dungeon called
"Quicksand Rally". I don't know what to do. Maybe I have to visit all 17 dungeons again.

Then, I went into Shifting Sands and picked up 1 piece of hardware. My percentage increased by 8% to 54%. I thought, Cool, I just need to pick up a piece of hardware in each location.

However, I collected 20-25 pieces of hardware in Shifting Sands and my percentage remains at 54%.

I have a similar problem in the area "Lonely Basin". My percentage increased (with picking up 1 piece) by 93% to 98% and then gets stuck. Totally weird.

Exactly now we are almost stuck with that piece of crap eraser Sony calls a console.

Well I just stuck a piece of bread in the slot, but low & behold! No toast!

Once you have achievements they cannot be deleted. The only way to delete achievements is to create a new account and earn them again. Although if you have 0 gamerscore on certain games you have the option to delete it from your game history. Hope Xbox would
make a feature for your problem but for now you are stuck. Sorry.

Check your achievement history and see if you maybe collected it without realizing, as this achievement should trigger when you've completed 15 barn finds, not when you reach 100%. I'm also stuck below 100%- I think there were some
limited-time event-related barn finds that I didn't collect. But I do have the "Relic Hunter" achievement anyway as I've collected at least 15.
