    i seriously have a problem with bob and people like him . his attitude is horrible, and in no way shape or form does it make me try to get help. xboxone has a problem every single day,,,if i could return every thing i have i would. help is terrible, something
    goes wrong every day, and its something different, and to get help you have to go through hours and days waiting for ether *** answers, blame shifting, sarcastic nerds , forum answers? seriously you guys make more than the movie industry and we have to wait
    for forum answers? wooooooooooowww and on top of that the guys helping have to look down on us? every day im closer and closer to donating my xbox to charity, tired of demanding a good product and being told to wait, or that its my routers fault, or obamas
    fault, or some hackers, or him , or her,,,disgusting

    I agree. I have not seen ONE post in the last 4 days addressing the problem that any of us have been dealing with since FRIDAY.. I'm really considering sending this overpriced piece of *** back. I have had the xb1 since the 30th of dec. and have only been
    able to sign on to it 2 days out of the last 6. What a joke.

    I will try and help you as i have the same issue every day.

    Turn router on off twice quickly.

    Then once back on go to test multiplayer connection on your xbox once finished hold LT RT RB LB once down wait then press A your nat should be open works every time for me
