i have issues with my xbox one every single day, its either moderate or strict and nobody on here will help me all they say is that i should contact my router manufacturer, too bad they dont have live support like xbox live....i wish canceling my xbox live
account would make me feel better but then id literally have nothing to do, not like getting booted out of every single game is much better though. BTW NEVER had these problems with xbox 360, they can say its 'next gen' gaming all they want i dont care at
all it should *****ing work flawlessly out of the box, not force the buyer to become a computer technician..

Piece of crap

I just got this piece of crap Xbox one literally last week and it is already having wireless issues I have had this problem three times now what the **** Microsoft I think you need to figure out a better wireless card

 

Number one piece of crap!

I have already made a complaint about this system but I have to again! This is my last straw. As soon as I can afford a PlayStation than I will be getting rid of this godforsaken Xbox One. I waited over nine hour to install the Elder Scrolls online game
and that wasn’t including the update! Now I have been installing the Ark survival evolved game and is only at 37% clocking at two hours! I am sick and tired of this piece of crap system! I hope someone looks at this post before making the same terrible decision

If you really want to get some help here, what about posting the needed details on your network environment instead of using such titles and only complain in the rest of your posts?!

If asking for help please answer the questions given in the sticky post on the first site of this forum, like which router you use, what you have tried so far and so on, then we may have a chance to help.

 

this xbox only pulls 44kb/s while online gaming, I'm almost positive its an issue with the xbox but i dont want to send it in and have nothing to watch netflix on cuz thats all its good for right now, (router: asus rt-n66u). tried everything from dmz to
port forwarding and it remains moderate

 

Are you connected wired or wireless?

Have you tried to reset your router yet?

Have you deleted an eventually added alternative MAC adress in the network settings yet?

Is your IP configured manually or automatically?

Are you currently on Portforwarding or UPnp?

Have you asked your provider on this issue?

Cmon... I need some more details to point you in the right direction.

 

I've done all of that, and while I'm port forwarding with upnp turned off it says that I'm behind a port restricted nat

 

I will try and help you as i have the same issue every day.

Turn router on off twice quickly.

Then once back on go to test multiplayer connection on your xbox once finished hold LT RT RB LB once down wait then press A your nat should be open works every time for me

 

"I've done all of that" is quite a detailed answer.

 

Every router is different. Type 192.168.0.1 into your address bar. This will take you to the administrator function of your wireless router. From there you should be able to locate the nat function via a search or just searching manually. Without knowing
what router you have I cant be more specific Im sorry.

Can you also tell if you connect more than one Xbox to your router (ASUS RT-N66U).
