Piece of controllers!

Is anyone else having horrible issues with the quality of controllers? This is starting to really piss me off to the point of literally switching back over to playstation. I have an Xbox One. I don't play hardcore all day or something like that, each night
I play for maybe an hour or two and when I first switched back to Xbox I went through two basic controllers in a matter of maybe 2-3 months. I decided to get the Elite Controller which was almost $200 but I figured it'd be worth it if I didnt have to go out
and buy another controller every month or so. The elite lasted a bit longer, but in total maybe 3-4 months. I decided to go back to the regular ones and have now bought 3 controllers over the course of 3 months. Every single one of them its been the left joystick
that loses full range of motion. The only game I play period is NHL and not having full range of motion makes it impossible to play (sometimes it won't let me skate backwards, or turn left etc.). I don't get a lot of time to play so its a HUGE piss off to
sit down and relax and get 2 minutes into a game and realize my controller This is literally RIDICULOUS!

To the left of the ear piece is a pairing button just like the controllers. You click the xbox pairing button than the pairing button on the ear piece. It is all in one.

 

I'm sorry that you've had this experience. You can put in a service order for controllers including the elite controllers.

I appreciate the link, but the issue isn't necessarily the money for the controller, its the fact that I expect leaps and bounds better from a company like Microsoft, how hard is it to make a controller that won't break on you after a month? Really? Sending
my controller in for repair doesn't exactly help me when my controller is broken at night and I want to relax and play my game after a long day. Im out almost $500 in purely controllers from switching over to Xbox not to mention the amount of nights I physically
haven't been able to play because of these stupid controllers.
