Pictures saved from microsoft edge

I recently downloaded pictures on my xbox one and have no idea where I am able to access these photos. Seems like having a user friendly option to access the things you save would make sense but maybe not. Maybe you want the most painstaking process possible
or better yet, maybe it's even impossible! SUPER eager to learn a less than 90 step hack to access my files in less than 4 hours on my xbox thanks guys
