    I have been using my xbox 1 s all week now when I came to turn it on tonight its very dark and all the colours are not right I went to settings and the picture brightness is on brighter cannot get the picture to come back to normal so I can see it anyone
    help

    Yeah It helped a lot I feel really stupid now the app didn't tell me the photo was not big enough so I changed it and ill try again tomorrow and see if it works thanks again for taking the time out of your day to help me.

    Yeah I see, but actually the most annoying thing wasnt the unupdated gamer picture online, it is why the custom one cannot be deleted anywhere and kinda "downloaded" into my xbox just right beside the defult one. sigh.

    okey...but does it remove the one which sync on my xbox aromatically after "it" thinks I do not need to switch back to the old pic? cuz the old one is really annoying.
