Picture Graphics Not Working Or Loading On Xbox One Console

Dear Microsoft Xbox One Team,

Hope you're all well.

I'm currently experiencing issues on my Xbox One Console as it's not loading the picture graphics whatsoever in certain tabs that are on the Xbox One Home Dashboard the tabs that are effected by
this issue with the picture graphics is Mixer, Community & Store. I don't understand why this is happening and I have also performed certain troubleshooting tips on this already and have restarted my Xbox One Console but it still won't load the picture graphics
correctly under the tabs.

It would be much appreciated if your team could look into this please asap.

Xbox one graphical issues. Please help!

The two pictures you are looking at are probably a comparison between the Xbox version vs a high end PC version of the Witcher 3. If your Xbox had a graphical issue, it wouldn't just down on the graphical quality it would just fail to load the game and even
the dashboard in general. Sorry that you are disappointed with the graphics of the console, but i guess that's just the way they are!

 

animelab app no preview/title picture for shows

I have downloaded animelab app for Xbox one app it working and streaming ok just no title pictures or episode pictures don't seem to be loading I see the name of show and if subbed or dubbed above that where their is picture of the show is blank mite someone be
able let know what mite cause to be blank or why may not loading title picture thanks in advance for any help I have tried uninstalling reinstalling the app

Thanks for your post. If basic troubleshooting has been attempted and the issue is still being experienced, try out a soft factory reset. This can be done by following the steps here:
Xbox One Factory Reset. Be sure to keep your Microsoft Account information available and select the
"Reset and keep my games & apps"option to prevent having to reinstall your content after the reset.

What is your internet speed and is this a new issue? I’m on 15MB DSL currently and there’s been plenty of times entire portions of the menu take a long time to load.

Thanks for the response! If the soft factory reset did not resolve this issue for your, how about trying the Offline System Update? The OSU will allow you to download the most stable version of the Xbox's Operating System and upload it via USB drive to your
console. Follow the steps here:
Xbox One Offline System Update for the proper steps and instructions on how to complete this.
