Picture capturing ?

All I ever want is to take a screenshot sometimes, not really interested in recording stuff, but capturing that funny moment in a picture would be great.

I don't think you can do that using a capture card and Kinect. If you are using a capture card a separate webcam or video camera would usually capture the person playing the game, then the capture card or the pc it is connected to would handle the picture in picture aspect of it.

I've never used a separate capture card, so I may be wrong and someone might give you a better answer, but that's how I was led to believe it worked.

 

Yeah, double-tap your home button and Press X to record that, or Press Y to screenshot that.

 

Yes, you should still be able to hit the Xbox button twice, and then press X to Record That or Y to take a screenshot
