Discus and support Pics of games not appear in the library in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I had problem with my hd and I had to download the games again, but now does not appear the pic of the games in the library, it only appears gray...     Pics of games not appear in the library


    I had problem with my hd and I had to download the games again, but now does not appear the pic of the games in the library, it only appears gray images with the drawing of a control (but the games work normal). How do I fix this?
    (Sorry my bad english, I'm brazilian)

    Hi, my understanding is that you can't upload a gamer pic because so many nutters would post inappropriate pics, it would be very hard for MS to police so the decent gamers amongst us have to suffer, there are still a lot of cool gamer pics you can download
    from the marketplace and the library expands all the time.

    Movie purchased on Xbox 360 does not appear in Xbox Video app on W8

    I recently purchased a movie through Xbox Video on the Xbox 360 but the movie does not appear in my library in the Xbox Video app for Windows 8.

    Is there any way to make the movie appear in my library?
