Pick 1 of 4 games has not sent code in over 4 days, despite promise of 24 hour service

I purchased this xbox one on Monday. It came bundled with a choose 1 of 4 games. I chose Gears of War. I followed instructions and now 4 days later there still has been no response, from the promotion or Microsoft.

Day Zero? What a joke...

What a joke is right. I stood in line to pick up my preordered Call of Duty Xbox 1. It has been over an hour and the download is still at 1%. What is the point of 24 hour early access if it take 20 hours to download the game. I know it isn't my interne speed.
Extremely frustrated, Xbox and COD really dropped the ball here.

Just spent over an hour in help chat and still do not have the codes !

I have purchased GoW 4 Ultimate edition but still not received the redeem codes for GoW 1, 2, 3 or Judgement.

I have been in a chat with Microsoft help for over a hour and not managed to get any of the redeem codes sent to me.

Have many people received the codes ? Or is there a larger problem ?

1 more question I got a 1 day mute but its a 1 day 4 hour mute, I'm pretty sure 1 day is 24 hours

I'm not sure what that means, but I sent that recovery form in 3 times, was supposed to hear back from them in 24 hours and it's been 4 days..

Also kinda off topic here but it's been 4 hours since it sent me to the dashboard and still no beta update i did the code and everything, it does say 1-2 business days though
