PI-BannedPaymentInstrument?

Discus and support PI-BannedPaymentInstrument? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Whenever I try to use my debit card to pay anything on xbox it gives me PI-BannedPaymentInstrument.     PI-BannedPaymentInstrument?


    Whenever I try to use my debit card to pay anything on xbox it gives me PI-BannedPaymentInstrument. I have no idea why my card would be banned I used it last year and it worked fine. I'd just like to use my card so I can download games straight to my console.
    Please help me fix this problem.

    Cars are all rated on a Performance Index, or PI. The better the car, the higher the PI rating. Upgrading a car improves its PI. All aspects of performance, like speed, acceleration, braking, launch, and handling are factored in. All events have a maximum
    PI rating that can be used. If a race is limited to a PI of 500 and you upgrade a car to a PI rating of 593, it won't qualify for the race. The purpose of PI restrictions is to try keeping competition close, so you can't go in with a car twice as good as
    everyone else.

    Same with me. My card disappeared from my xbox account without any word why. Card is working fine. Funniest thing that in Polish popup says that I should contact the bank. I contacted them and they say that everything is working fine.
