Physical xbox one games wont read?

Ok I have this problem where my xbox one does not read my games. To make it read a game I have to eject and put it back in over and over until it read after about 20 trys, while doing this my xbox makes a horrible sounding noise, this also destroyed one
of my games. I got my xbox last year in November 2 months after release. If there is a way to fix this please help

Please don't let it be true!

You wont be able to play any 360 games, whether physical or digital, on the Xbox One.

The best thing to do would be to keep hold of your 360 for the games you want to go back and play.

Can i switch my digital code for a physical copy?

Im looking to buy the gears of war 4 limited edition xbox one, but i dont want the digital game. I much rather have the ultimate edition physical copy of game. So is it possible to switch? Im a huge gears fan and this is something i want, but i wont buy
if i have to buy the game all over again just to have the physical copy.

When the console is turned on, hold the power button on the front of the console for a full 10 seconds to turn it off.

When it’s off wait about 30 seconds and turn it back on and try again. Hopefully it will work.

How recently did you buy it? Can you exchange it where you bought it?

You could try a power cycle on your console by holding the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until turns off. Turn it on and try again.

No I can not. I bought the console in amazon usa on a trip I made, and it is still under warranty. But Microsoft does not want to recognize the guarantee in Argentina

Should I press the circle button for 10 seconds with the console on? or off?

I guess either this is a new system bug or Microsoft disabled rating and review page our Physical copy's of Xbox One games discs since they don't read as owned anymore in Microsoft store app on our Xbox one systems?

can anyone else confirm that their physical copy's of these games also will not let them review and rate them?

since this is not effecting digitally brought games in Microsoft store app , its just the physical title disc versions of any of these games being installed and reading now as not owned in Microsoft store app on our Xbox One Consoles which seems
to disable rating and review page for our physical Xbox One Games.
