    Physical Media with Bubbles


    Hello, I bought a copy of Gears of Wars 4 in November 2016, I played at most 20 hours, I did not even finish the campaign, I decided to play yesterday with a friend, and the game did not start, I thought it was the player And after testing The Witcher 3
    and Forza H3 successfully, I decided to look at the disc, and I noticed that there were some bubbles on the sides ... I called the store I bought, and they told me it was out of warranty ... The game is new, I did not remove it from the cover in recent months,
    nor even used the codes of the 360 collection. I wonder if there is anything that can be done? Or I lost the game and the money.

    you have to contact the publisher

    Remember publishers usually use the same manufacturer regardless if it's sony ps4 or xbox so it's itubisoftgames you need to contact ubisoft

    Sony tends to make the majority of bluray media

    Ms doesn't make discs
