    Physical game support


    Hello
    I am recently purchasing a number of physical games that previously came with
    Games for Windows live support.
    However, I am having problems activating as it is no longer possible to download the "GFWL" software and also I cannot enter the code in the
    Microsoft Store.
    I want to specify that they are titles that can be played in the offline campaign.
    Am I buying a bunch of useless pieces of plastic?
    Why didn't Microsoft have a recovery service?

    The Games on Demand version appears to just support English, but I've seen the physical copies support French and Spanish, too.

    Hi,

    All Xbox One games (except kinect titles) will work on Series X. This includes games that you own on disc or digital that have been delisted.

    No Gears of War code in my Gears of War 1TB bundle box.

    Since that is a physical bundles you will need to work with the retailer. Support hear can only assist with Xbox promotions, not physical purchases.
    It's not physical is it? just a code?
