Physical game purchases do not show up in library

I purchased Gear 5, physical copy. That game is supposed to be play anywhere compatible so I went to my store library on my PC but it does not show up. If I search for the game I can purchase it but it does not say already owned.

Can you not download games to your PC that were not originally purchased as Digital Copy?

Unfortunately no. Play Anywhere only works with digital copies.

*fixed* disconnected my x box from the router then made a new connection with the same router and everything came back......

Do the games not show up in the games library of the new console when the account that purchased them is signed in? These are all digitally purchased games and not disc based installs, correct?

The game on the store still shows that i need to buy the game but when i click it, it gives me an error screen saying i have the game already.
