Photos loading slowly

    Photos loading slowly


    When I try to view photos via Picture Viewer and click on a pic and then advance to the next pic, it takes about 6 seconds to load the next pic. Till then it just shows a black screen with a circle spinning around. I tried clearing storage cache once on
    the advice of chat support. This has made no difference. I am new at this, is there a solution to this or shall I have to wait so long between pics? I have lots of pics to be seen. Before I got this xbox I used to have a PS3. The ps3 loaded the pics the moment
    I pressed the button for the next pic. Surely the Xbox is powerful machine as the ps3, any solutions? I view a lot of pics so I cant wait for such a long time between pics! Please help!!

    Your first misconception is that the Xbox is almost as powerful as the PS3. This is not true. It all depends on how you're loading the images. Are they on a USB stick? Network? If so, wireless or wired? Wireless will give you mediocre speeds. Wired will
    still give you bad speeds. Xbox 360's SMB is kind of bad. USB storage will give you fastest loading times.

    Rolling ads window affects game play.

    The game loads slowly. The individual games load slowly. The ads load slowly. And while the ads are loading everything stops...except the clock! Just about ready to uninstall this piece-of-crap game. Maybe tomorrow...
