    Phone calls and Chats arent available for this issue - Everytime and Everyday


    I am a little confused about how to contact xbox support. No matter what issue I select, It appears that there is no possible way to contact xbox support.

    Here is what I see, and it does not matter which combination of option is selected.

    Weird. I have had same problem today. Everytime option I select be it restart, reset etc takes me back to the same screen.

    Tried to contact xbox support and just says live chat or phone calls arent available

    The options they give you dont let you specifically ask for film and tv support, and the closest thing says phone calls and chats arent available for this issue
