Phone Bill charges

I tried to purchase fifa points through my phone bill on my xbox but an error occurred. My phone bill then stated I had purchased fifa points 11 times but my microsft account history shows I haven't purchased any. How do I get Microsoft to speak with my phone network provider to remove these charges?

To effectively clarify this issue, it is necessary that you contact Microsoft support directly via chat, as only they can help with this issue.

in order to use your son’s phone as a method of payment, his friend would’ve had to have access to the phone, as a text message code has to be used to validate it as a payment method. I’m sorry that no one here can look at your billing issues or anything to do with your account, I suggest you open up a ticket at support.xbox.com and you should be able to get a callback.

Sorry but anything to do with billing must be handled through phone support. No one on the forums knows about charges or reasons for charges on accounts.

If you are using the Xbox app to purchase content it will use the payment method you have listed on your account. It will not be added to your wireless bill.
