Phone and x box internet conection

This weird thing has been going on lately where every time I go in my Iphone, My xbox instantly gets disconnected. It all started after I brought my console to a hotel and one of my friends did something with my phone to get the x box connection to work.
Ever since then if I am playing a game and go to check my phone I get kicked. Ive searched everywhere for answers and could not find any so this is my last hope.

Hello Owen,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. What your friend did is used your phones mac address for the console. When you log on to console by itself it ok. Once you use phone it kicks Xbox due to same mac address. You can go into settings first clear
the alt mac address. Got to settings>network>network settings>adv. settings>alt mac address clear and restart. Also Under IP and DNS settings make sure both are set to automatic.

Try Recover Gamertag. On your console, Sign out all of your accounts. Press Guide button on your controller. Go to
Recover Gamertag and follow the instructions.

it ask for the password I type it in but saids it cannot connect
