    why do I get error code 0x8024801e whenever I try and download phoenix point from game pass. I have download many other games and have had no problem but every time I try and download this game I get the same error code. I have completed all the steps
    from the help page and still I cannot download the game.

    Looks like that's only available on PC. Are you on a PC trying to download it?
