Phoenix Point crashed

i do the challenging missions to gather phoenix points myself buddy.

No my question is how are games cerified for release to gamepass and if the quality is below par what is the redress available? Can MS remove the game?

My question is how can i trust that a starting a game on gamepass wont blow up my gamecard?

Achievements are a concept beholden and guarded by Microsoft, dont they have a duty to ensure the games they publish have integrity in this regard?

Yes i play many games on gamepass and its rare for them to be so broken. My question is what Microsoft does about it??

Okay so i tried the two solutions from replies but none helped at all. I tried going offline with my pc, turned game on, and guess what, saving works all the time. I don't want to disable my card every single time i play the game. This is just annoying how cloud can't get a hold of the save and it messes up saving with my internet connection on. Gotta note that when i turn net on while game is also up, saving stops working right away. What the hell is happening with the xbox app and cloud saves that just go bonkers?
