    Phoenix omen lancer not redeeming


    When I preordered gow4, I received some booster cards. One was called the Phoenix omen lancer. It says items been redeemed, but when I go to the item in weapons list. It doesn't show up.

    I've pre ordered gears of war 4, I received some booster cards. One of the is called, Phoenix omen lancer. I redeemed the code, but the weapons skin still doesn't show up.

    Code Redeeming Issue

    I also got one of the misprinted cards for the Phoenix Omen Lancer. Redeemed it like The Coalition said to do and then messaged them. It's been a week and they haven't gotten back to me. Can Xbox/Microsoft help get me the right code? I spent about 45 minutes
    in chat with a virtual agent, and after all that time she just told me to make a post here and that I would be "addressed automatically" and that I will "receieve an email with regards of your concern". HELP!!
