Discus and support Philips TV change to SAT after Xbox started in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I got a Philips 42PFL7108K/12 TV and since half of a year i got a problem.     Philips TV change to SAT after Xbox started


    I got a Philips 42PFL7108K/12 TV and since half of a year i got a problem.

    If the TV is already powered on. And i turn on the XBox, my TV is change its Port from the current HDMI to SAT.

    i tried many things and i can say now, The Problem is the "Power on" command of the Xbox in the Device Control.

    if i turn it off it doenst change.

    if the TV is off, it will start and stay on the current Port.

    i dont know if anyone can help me.

    It seems more like its a problem of the TV.

    But if here is anyone with a TV of the same Series, with or without that problem. Just answer here.

    Maybe its helpful.

    if you never tried that. i would be so thankful if you could try and give me a quick respond.

    yes i tried it 3 different hdmi cables :-(

    it's so strange i have on the same tv other equipment in high definition with hdmi cable (like SKY tv sat)..and work without problems only xbox one have this problem.

    But if I connect the console to another TV (philips 8008) it works correctly...the only difference between the two TVs is the frequency. :-(

    Xbox ONE + PHILIPS 4K TV chopping

    Hi,

    I got a problem with my XBOX One compatible with Philips 4k TV. I dont know designation of TV. With my old TV (HD) was everything OK. After i buy new TV, the games started "chopping". For example: I play FIFA for 5 minutes, after the chance of wiew, game
    start chopping. Look like a internet problems, but its happening even in SP. I try to find solution in settings of TV but no success. Have you some solutions for me? Thank you

    To the people who are suggesting, "Try contacting the manufacturer of..." I've been there, done that.

    After four calls to Philips and being told it was because my remote was incompatible. (Don't understand why they would think a remote would matter worth a hill of beans about the TV input being detected, but okay.) I called Logitech...

    After two hours on the phone with Logitech, they told me what I already knew, their product was fine, they suggested calling Microsoft to verify that the signal from the Xbox One has the proper digital signal embedded to make the HDTV respond.

    Now I'm being referred BACK o the start of this loop to start all over.

    Incredible...

    Blame the other guy.

    Are y'all Congressmen or something? LOL

    Anyway...

    1. Xbox One, Direct TV and Sony Blu-Ray all connect with individual HDMI

    2. Philips 4K HDTV as Optical Audio out to my Sony Home Theater Receiver

    3. Activating Direct TV or Sony Blu-Ray cause automatic switching of HDMI inputs and audio/video works.

    4. Activating Xbox One causes NO CHANGE of input to the Philips 4K HDTV

    lip sync issue

    I have tested with another TV (Samsung LCD TV) and then it was no problem at all. But when I have my new Philips LED TV phf6158 so it will not always be in sync. Though everything else I plug in (dvd wiiU) Philips TV work fine. But as I said on the Samsung

    TV app stopped working after few days?

    Ok. After unplugging everything and then turning it all back on after 10 sec it all worked. What messed up the process in the first place was a roommate turning on TV and sat box with the tv remote and not through the xbox.
