Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone could help me with this issue. I change the TV on my original Xbox one, but the TV that is connected to it is the same TV I had when I bought the console. Back then I could power on and off the console and it will
do the same to my TV. Today is a different story. I been trying to set my Xbox one but I can't get my TV to work with any 4 digit control code that I was given early today by a Microsoft support rep.

I have a Philips TV model 42PFL3704D/F7

Here is my steps:

- I go to Settings

-TV & OneGuide

- Device Control

- under Devices - TV

- TV setup - it ask me if I got a Kinect? or If I have an IR cable? "I don't see a setup option for TV by model". Funny thing last night I installed my Xbox One X to another TV and I had that option.

- I go to Advance and it ask me to enter a TV remote code 4 digits

Now Microsoft gave me this codes to try for my TV brand:

Philips 0000, 0003, 0012, 0013, 0017, 0019, 0020, 0024, 0027, 0028, 0030, 0039, 0037, 0043, 0051, 0054, 0056, 0087, 0092, 0150, 0171, 0178, 0186, 0187, 0230, 0238, 0293, 0323, 0332, 0343, 0361, 0374, 0474, 0512, 0195, 0585, 0638,
0721, 0747, 0774, 0892, 0047, 0499, 1154, 1454, 0898, 1506, 1521, 0755, 1756, 1815, 1850, 1867, 2227, 2301, 2597, 2622, 2665, 2720, 2822, 2852, 2992

And none of them work.

Can anyone could help solve this issue? I can't believe that after several Xbox updates my TV is now obsolete to my console.
