Strange he doesn't mention how the game "looked" not really bothered how the game played and I'd be pretty dissapointed if the console didn't look right.........

 

Boom Phil Spencer opens up and talks frankly about Fanboys

Phil Spencer CEO of Microsoft Software has gone on record saying he thinks fanboy ism is very unhealthy. He also went into to say, he doesn't get the hate thing towards a rival. After all it's good for the games industry in general. He leant things from
playing other games not on the X Box brand. It pushes the games industry forward into a positive creative way. He admitted to owning a Wii U and a PS4. Phil says he has a of respect for what Sony has achieved, and has made a lot of friends within Sony, Nintendo
and Valve. He's right with his comments, so am I right to think MS fanboys are just sick in the head ? After all every gamer is different, we like different games. Different consoles appeal to us for different reasons. Phil Spencer went on to say there
is nothing wrong liking another console.

So fanboys you heard it from the hoarse's mouth now.

 

Um, Goth Vampirella, need I remind you that beauty is in the eye of the beholder? Just because our XBOSS says Scorpio "looked right" does not make it the eighth wonder of the world! Unless it's available in the "right" color scheme (cough, any shade of white tyvm),
then it's still gonna be perceived as "ugly" by some. #FYI

right. There's no way it's "ugly"!

 

Meh... beauty is in the eye of the beholder sometimes, other times it pokes the beholder in the eye. Either way, it seems we have something in our eye...

 

Wut? Did I miss the memo or sumthin? Wut's very cool? That Scorpio looks "just right" or that the new console - SIGHT UNSEEN - is very cool? E3 can't come soon enough! Although, IMO, I have a "very cool" pool of funds waiting for excoriation. (Word of the
week mhm! )

 

We haven't seen official images yet of a finished Xbox Scorpio yet. We don't know if it will use antiquated HDD as internal storage as suppose to SSD which can boot save and load a heck lot faster than an HDD. And Xbox does have Xbox Play Anywhere. If you
already own a high end PC, it is likely gonna outperform the Xbox Scorpio. Save yourself $500+ by utilizing Xbox Play Anywhere. Microsoft has not announced a release price officially, but there's a 99.99% chance they'll set it at US$499 or even more, for Scorpio.

When Xbox 1 launched, A..... LOT..... of people commented how ugly it looked. 'it's a behemoth' 'it looks fat' 'it looks like a VCR this thing my parents used'. Next people commented was the power brick. Now those who are more older and mature may not
be kicking up much of a fuss. But the younger generations can be a bit picky. 'I paid $500+ for this big thingy?'. 'it STILL uses 5400rpm or 7200rpm HDD?. Wah, no voice messages. Microsoft knows Xbox 1 received A... LOT.... of feedback about Xbox 1 when it
launched. They even had to create an official feedback site, that's how bad it got. It's also a reason why the Xbox One forum section on this site is the most visited and like only forum section on this site that ain't dead or as dead as the other forum sections
on this site. On the official feedback site, lots of people wanted to change the dash background, voice messages, and many Xbox Live features Xbox 360 had, which Xbox 1 launched without. But it has the majority if not all those Xbox Live Features now. I even
watched a video with Phil Spencer recognizing that they can't neglect their Xbox 360 fans and what they've enjoyed on Xbox 360.

Regarding hardware power, we're still waiting for Microsoft to release FULL and finalized specs for Scorpio. But my AMD R9 390 has a higher bandwidth (384GB/s) than the stated 320GB/s Xbox Scorpio will have. But I think it'll be a great idea for those who
want to stick with Xbox and prefer not to game on PC or can't afford a custom desktop PC. The CPU power on Scorpio likely isn't going to beat the processing power of a 4Ghz Intel Core i7-6700k CPU.
