    A couple of years ago I signed up for Xbox All Access back when you could only do it in Microsoft stores in person.

    When I signed up for all access, it was when they were FIRST offering it - so I walked into a Microsoft store, signed up to a 2 year agreement, $23 a month for a One S with a game, a 24 month Game Pass card and a 24 month Live Gold card.

    I recently heard that Xbox All Access are being given 'upgrade paths' to XSX, but I don't have anywhere to check if I'm eligible. The agreement that the Microsoft store signed me up for is with Dell Financial Services - and I'm like a month from paying it
    off. So I'll be, i guess 'out' of the All Access program before Series X even launches.

    Does anyone know whether I will be penalised because I signed up to (maybe the beta version of) Xbox All Access and won't have an upgrade path, or can someone point to an area where I can choose to redeem the upgrade option?

    That was actually a different All Access plan that would allow you to upgrade to a One X. It's completely separate from the Series X All Access option which wasn't made available until the end of 2019.

    Hi Lazlo,

    Thanks for coming ot the forums. If it is your first time signing up for the ultimate game pass, all time you got on Xbox live gold/game pass for console or PC will be converted. So if you have gold and game pass till may of next year, with Ultimate you
    will have it until May of 2021 plus whatever you sign up for on the ultimate.
