Phantom Star online Perk [USA]

Hey. Is the code a unique code for the game itself or is it an Xbox Live 25 digit code? Either way, if your

account history is displaying its redeemed you may wanna contact support about it to make sure it was accredited to your account correctly.

Start with Xbox support and move into Sega's support for the game afterwards to try and pinpoint where the error may have occurred if your items weren't accredited properly.

Make sure also, there weren't any special instructions with the code that tells you when/where/at what point/how to receive your items in game.

When you redeemed this code, did you already have a character created in-game? There have been reports before about individuals redeeming in-game currency, but didn't have a character already in-game so there was nowhere for the currency to go.

Even though this is an account item, its should merely be attached to a single character, so in certain instances the system may not be able to bind the items to your account without already having a characters.

If you can confirm this for us, we should be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps [if any are available] to further address this.

Yes I had already made two characters in game in the closed beta

I claimed my perk, but it hasn't shown up for me in game at all

I am playing inside of the USA, and have already checked out the Twitter in hopes for assistance as well.
