    PHANTOM HEADSET WONT GO AWAY!!


    Purchased a Razer Thresher and paired it with the Xbox one.

    It was not the 7.1 edition so i returned it.

    Since it has been paired with the xbox, ITS STILL THERE.

    Its not turned on. its not even inthe same country as me anymore and yet the xbox still thinks its here and on low battery.

    There is no way to unpair or remove it from Xbox Accesories App (this app is a problem in itself, it loads about 1/4 times and takes 30 seconds.

    I can't use my wired mic in my xbox controller anymore because the PHANTOM HEADSET THAT WONT GO AWAY keeps stealing player one mic.

    It worked once after i signed in a guest and assigned the phantom wireless headset to the guest account, but now its stopped working again.

    WHY CANT I CHOSE TO REMOVE A DEVICE IF I WANT TO OR CLEAR USER DATA FROM ACCESSORIES???? WHO THOUGHT OF THAT??

    please reconnect control wont go away

    while im playing games with two people connected on the same console, if a controler dies, the please rec onnect controller message doesnt go away untill you reset console every time, only happens with two controllers connected at same time.
