Phantom Breaker picture packs not showing up

Hi guys, I am in the UK and took an interest to Phantom Breaker, however when I went to search the picture packs, the battle grounds only show up, all 12 picture packs don't appear. My American friend can find them, they don't pop up for me, please help
as I foolishly wasted $15 already I really want it, thanks.

I would firstly suggest
clearing your system's cache and then re-downloading both packs.. If this doesn't work, then I would suggest contacting Xbox Support directly to help you resolve this issue.
