Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds 95mb title update issue on Xbox One

I have a Xbox 360 and a Xbox One. First of all, I bought Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds when it was on sale a while back. Just last night I played it on the Xbox 360 and found there is a 95mb title update for the game. So I downloaded it like normal and
it changed the game version from 1.02 to 1.03 (found on the bottom-right corner of the game's title screen).

I found that somehow the download content option in the main menu has disappeared after the title update. Even though more DLC for the 360 version is coming its way or so I read on the game's official site, I don't understand why that would be gone. Not
a game breaker as the DLC is downloadable from the marketplace on the 360 dashboard or the Xbox Store on Xbox One.

But here is the kicker: I decided to play it on my Xbox One this morning, and when I loaded it up, the dialog box "Update Required" popped up like it normally would on the 360. However, it doesn't give me the option to download the 95mb update. Only option
that comes up is Cancel. Therefore, all I can do is cancel the update and play offline, but it's the version before the title update.

What I did was delete the game, DLC, and all saves (both from cloud and hard drive) and redownloaded the game to my Xbox One. That did nothing because the "Option Required" dialog box came up again. I was wondering if there is anything I can do or wait until
this is hopefully straightened out. But I did want to bring this out in the open because this is the first time I came across something like this.

but now the new dlc for it launched on the 7th an its only on the 360. Frau character pack ang BGM pack are not backwards compatible for phantom breaker battlegrounds some reason.
