That's all fine except you will only get final Phantom Assignment by going to elevator/teleport and grabbing note from top of file cabinet next to Bow. Keep in mind that assignment may need to be completed in order to advance in next Phantom Project, whether
it's in BF4 or BF5/2143. Either way I'm Prepared, are you?

Unfortunately DICE has made the Phantom bow accessible to everyone by placing it in a case on Operation Outbreak. The case is located in a cave like area between the plantation and ghost town capture points. There are a few boxes and crates laying about
and there will be a rectangular case amongst them. Meleeing the case will cause a flashbang to detonate then once the effects dissipate the case will be open with the bow inside. You can pick it up like any other battle pickup however this one becomes a
standard loadout item and is added to your inventory as a carbine.

The Phantom program is fun but is now unneeded unless you want to enter the secret room in Hangar 21.

No amount of white phantoms will help in upper blighttown. Especially with force/dragonslayer bow and chameleon.

Sorry all I have is Whiteout. But already have the Phantom bow. Its overrated.

Getting close to unlocking last of the Phantom bow assignments. Then have to look for the hidden dog tags in the last stand maps. Then on my way to the elevator ride for the bow. Was working on the last of the main tank kills. Then EA servers went down
for maintenance.
