Phantasy Star Online 2

Dakr they are amazing. So much fun and so addictive. It's one of those few games that just play on your mind all day long when you are away from the console lol.

 

The only way we are going to get a NA port is if we rally the troops and show them we want it. Sure there are plenty of forums and threads that say this, but we'd have to make a lot more noise. U get sony and Microsoft to hear us, and they'll have sega porting
out the game in no time. I don't even care that the game would have Japanese audio. Just as long as everything else was in English. I actually just got done building a computer just so I can play the Japanese PC version with English patches. If Microsoft and
sony can't see we are serious about our love for this game, we aren't making enough noise.

I gave up dreaming of a new Phantasy Star Online game a long time ago.

I could do with a new one to remove the bad taste PSU left...

I don't know though Myers, I would be split between a new one and a port. I think I am just too much in love with the classics :/

 

I would love a new version of the one you talked about, I think it was the Dreamcast version, I did not like the one on Xbox360 for some reason, it just felt under developed, a brand new one would be great too!

 

That's the very one, Myers. The Dreamcast one. I loved it and have fond memories of it since. If I knew that game was still supported, I would buy a dreamcast all over again just for that. Course, a new one would be welcome too. So long as it wasn't as poor
as the last one, going from your post.

 

The Dreamcast version is probably the first true JRPG I ever played (excluding Zelda games if the are considered JRPG) I have very fond memories of it myself.

Btw im a huge fan of Zelda games i own every Zelda games and also Final Fantasy but now that i know Final Fantasy 15 is on the way to Xbox One, i really want Phantasy Star Online 2 on it too, if only Microsoft could see this :/

 

With the China release in September Microsoft & Sega would get a lot of money from it

Zelda. Now that's a franchise I would love to see cross-platform. Ninty would make a mint. Can you imagine if that ever happened? I would fall in love. Flawless saga in my opinion.

As for PSO myers, do I remember a strong story in PSO or was it just mostly missions?

 

I really don't remember the story, I can visualise some weapons, levels and vaguely remember other bits and pieces, but cannot remember one single bit of the story, I desperately want to play it again with updated visuals.

 

Same here Myers, that's all that comes to my mind. The wolf looking enemy in a forest sort of surrounding and a green saber man it needs to just come already!

 

The weapon I really remember was a Sabre with light blue blades on both ends, and I remember the forest type area too, I think I can remember a beehive with Bee type enemies, but I could be wrong...
